1. Do you have a working website already or any app that I can take a look at?
Our website is under construction currently. We expect it to be working properly and to be published in September. But we have a sort of prototype.

2. Do you have any social media accounts?

3. I read that your commission varies between 10% to 30%, I would like to know exactly what would be the percentage to my brand. Does Crypticus have any participation or listing fees, any other fixed fees?
We don’t have any participation or listing fees or any other fees. Our commission, which is going to be deducted from our final payment to you, would vary:

for goods above EUR50,000 our commission is 10%;

for goods in between EUR5,000 and EUR50,000 our commission is 15%;

for goods below EUR5,000 our commission is 20%;
-
for cosmetics our commission is 30%.
Important notice: price on your website shouldn’t be higher than on our website including all possible promotions, discounts etc.
4. How I’m going to be paid for my goods? What is fiat currency? Is it another crypto currency?
Fiat currency is just a name for all regular currencies, EUR, USD, GBP etc. So you will be paid in a currency you normally do business in.
We anticipate that Suppliers will not be subject to FX charges of their banks as transfers will be made from our multi-currency account in a traditional bank in Liechtenstein.
5. After the purchase is done and Crypticus has transferred the money to my brand account, how quickly should we have to ship to the Customer?
The answer to this question varies as we are going to have the Main website and Concierge section within the Main website.
In terms of the Main website (goods with the price of below EUR20,000) we expect that they are already ready to be shipped and will be shipped by you to the Customer as soon as you receive funds.Here let me point out that quick delivery is considered to be the main competitive advantage nowadays. So we are going to encourage prompt shipping by all means.
In terms of the Concierge section (goods with the price of above EUR20,000) we understand that it requires a more customized approach. So this will be discussed and confirmed on a case by case basis with both, Customers and Suppliers. So if the Customer is ok with 30 days delivery, why not?
6. You say that you are going to use all ecological ways to reduce the amount of returns. What does that mean? You won’t let Customers to return the received goods?
Our Customers will be able to return received goods within 14 days from the date of the purchase of such goods. Otherwise we won’t be able to offer our goods to Customers in many countries according to current laws.
But we understand concerns of Suppliers in terms of returns, so we are going to reduce the amount of such returns by doing the following:

We are going to use special oversized tags on products which should prevent people from using products and then sending them back. Returns will only be accepted if the tag is still attached;

For the most expensive items inspection before purchase will be offered.
7. Are you going to use the blockchain technology? What is the blockchain technology? How it is supposed to help in e-commerce?
To be created in the Bitcoin blockchain and this fact to be anchored in the Ethereum blockchain, Crypticus is going to meet the highest expectations in terms of security and privacy of all transactions.
Additionally, the blockchain technology enables its users to process payments quicker and cheaper and to protect themselves from chargeback fraud.
8. What are the next steps if I decide to proceed with you on this project?
